On Tuesday, March 22, 2016, the second Counter-Currents H. P. Lovecraft Prize for Literature was awarded to Leo Yankevich, who is widely regarded as one of the greatest living poets in the English language. He is also an eloquent an unapologetic defender of the white race and European civilization. Counter-Currents is proud to have published two books by Leo Yankevich, Tikkun Olam and Journey Late at Night. (I have interviewed Leo Yankevich here and here.)

Counter-Currents created the H. P. Lovecraft Prize to be awarded to literary artists of the highest caliber whose creativity untrammeled by the dogmas of political correctness. Our first laureate is novelist Tito Perdue. The prize bust is by world-famous porcelain artist Charles Krafft.

The H. P. Lovecraft Prize was created in anticipation of the World Fantasy Awards’ decision to discontinue their Lovecraft Prize because of Lovecraft’s racialist and xenophobic views. As the Left continues to hollow out and destroy institutions, corrupt minds and culture, and denigrate white greatness in art, science, statecraft, and the culture at large, Counter-Currents and other New Right organizations will construct new institutions and honors to carry forward the greatness of European man. For us to carry on, however, we depend on the donations of readers like you. Please visit our Donation page today.

Thank you for your loyal readership and support.
